The black centre to the Cased Iron Cross 1st Class is in perfect condition. Reverse has the frosted back with polished flat pin (bearing a nice slightly blackened patina) bearing maker number '15.'

The case to the German Iron Cross is in pristine condition, with a fine black finish and deeply impressed silver-blocked Iron Cross. The case lining with fresh, clean beige velvet to the base and white silk lid.
