RLB, armband for sale. The 2nd pattern, RLB German armband made in good quality, light blue cotton, with the typical machine-woven black swastika on a white star burst. 

Condition report: Overall excellent condition, free from moth or other damage.

Note: The RLB (Reichsluftschutzbund) were the National Air Defence Section. The RLB armband offered for sale is a 2nd pattern  example, introduced in 1938.
