A Reich Battle Flag for sale. The German Reichskriegsflagge Flag with finely printed Iron Cross to the upper-left canton, characteristic strengthening-panels to the ends, and stitching to the lanyards.

Provenance: The Reich Battle Flag offered for sale was brought to England from Germany by Private C. McLaughlan, British Army, (June 1945).  The Flag is signed and dated by Private C. McLaughlan to the reverse border. Purchased by the Museum of the German Air force (1970s).
