A Luftwaffe dagger for sale made by Robert Klaas, Solingen, The  2nd pattern Luftwaffe dagger  with the rare, and highly coveted, deep orange grip with wire binding, standard pommel (with gold Swastika motifs), and crossguard.

The blade is close to mint pristine condition with 99% polish and crossgrain, along with the Klaas maker name. The scabbard remains in near mint condition and (along with the pommel & crossguard) retains approximately 98% of the original dark blue anodised finish.

The 2nd pattern, Luftwaffe dagger is in near mint condition and offered for sale with originally wrapped portepee, plus a set of near mint condition generals rank hanging straps with mercuric golden fittings.
