The peak visor with detachable, white  'waffle-pattern' crown, and  detachable white-backed silver-aluminium wire eagle & swastika. Black mohair cap-band and silver-aluminium wire winged oakleaves with Erel 'vented' cockade to the centre. 

The Luftwaffe peak visor cap is complete with a full celluloid diamond to the white-silk lining, bearing a gold-blocked Erel maker-name, address and designation:

The  peak visor cap has a good leather sweatband, with ventilated front and fully-impressed Erel maker-name.

Condition report: This Luftwaffe Officer's peak visor is in overall very good to excellent condition, with a nice 'operations' used feel and shape. The white 'waffle-pattern' crown is clean and free from any marks or staining. The cap insignia is also clean and free from oxidation. The  lining shows just good 'operations use' without appearing tatty or tired.
