Das Reich cuff title for sale with coveted 'cello' borders. The officer 'flatwire' woven cuff title with woven silver-aluminium wire block letters on black and off-white upper- and lower 'cello' borders. Both ends machined.

Condition report: Full length (45.0cm), overall very good to excellent condition.

Provenance: The Ulric of England Cuff Title Collection. Acquired from American Texas-based SS collector Gus S.Villarreal (1986). Photographed in two books: Collecting SS & Political Cuff Titles [volume 1 page 49] & Collecting SS & Political Cuff Titles [volume 2 page 67].

Notes: Introduced for wear from September 1942. Das Reich officer 'flatwire' cuff titles were made with [more typical] silver-aluminium upper- & lower borders, and 'cello' borders. The 'cello' bordered version is compararively more rare - and desirable.
