German Luftwaffe flight blouse for sale. The Major's flight blouse in a fine field-blue gabardine, with a fly-front, and a good quality field-blue silk lining.

The flight blouse is complete with the relevant Luftwaffe insignia which includes; epaulettes with silver braids on yellow wool base, corresponding collar patch insignia, in yellow wool, and with a single gull and full oakleaves spray to each. A high-quality Luftwaffe officers silver- wire eagle & swastika is sewn to the upper right chest. The Luftwaffe flight blouse also has loops for a ribbon bar and for a badge.

Condition report: The flight blouse is offered for sale  in close to mint condition, free from moth or any damage. Insignia is fresh-looking and free from oxidation.

Provenance: The Vendor states the blouse was purchased for £15.00 from the London-based military antiques firm, Bill Tobin, (1960s).
