SS-Verfügungstruppe 'Truppenausweis' for a member of 'Deutschland' Regiment. The green linen ausweis numbered '9145' and originally belonging to Wilhelm Hupfelt. Fully filled in and bearing the ink signature of his unit commander. The ausweis bears an excellent photograph shopwing Hupfelt wearing the early SS-VT tunic with black/silber piped collar patches and epaulettes. The epaulettes with large gothic 'D' mongrams, the unit collar patch with SS Runes and a number '1'. To the lower right, an orange stamp approval for year 1937. The reverse stating that Hupfelt had transferred to '8./SS Art.Rgt', and signed in ink by an SS-Obersturmführer. Typical centre fold, otherwise excellent condition.
